SMS Terms & Conditions
These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the text-messaging (SMS/MMS) program operated by Funasia Digital LLC, doing business as TeamNest ("TeamNest", "we", "us", "our"), the business behind the website teamnest.ai and the TeamNest web and mobile apps. By opting in to receive text messages from TeamNest you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Program description
When you opt in, TeamNest sends text messages related to your account, including:
- One-time passcodes and login/verification codes;
- Account & security alerts (for example, sign-in and password notifications);
- Notifications and reminders you enable, such as message, task, and meeting alerts.
TeamNest does not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
2. How you opt in
You opt in to receive text messages by providing your mobile phone number to TeamNest and giving your express consent — for example, by adding and verifying your phone number in your account settings, or by checking a clearly labeled consent box when you provide your number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your activity and the notifications you have enabled. You may receive messages on an as-needed basis (for example, each time you request a verification code) as well as recurring notification messages you have turned on.
4. Message & data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging or data plan.
5. How to opt out — STOP
You can cancel the SMS program at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and will no longer send you text messages. To rejoin, opt in again as described above. You can also opt out by emailing support@teamnest.ai or by removing your phone number in your account settings.
6. Help — HELP
For help at any time, text HELP to the number from which you received messages, or contact us at support@teamnest.ai. Our HELP reply includes the program name and support contact.
7. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.
8. Privacy
Your privacy matters. We do not sell your personal information, and no mobile information — your phone number or your SMS opt-in and consent — is shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share your mobile number only with our messaging service provider (Twilio) strictly to deliver the messages you requested, and never for their own marketing. 9. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued participation in the SMS program after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
